CONVENTIONAL ROLLERS

M-LA Turning Rollers are engineered to ensure smooth, stable, and precise rotation of cylindrical workpieces during welding, assembly, or inspection. Designed for heavy-duty performance, these systems are ideal for wind tower sections, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and pipe fabrication.

Available in both conventional and self-aligning models, our turning rollers deliver optimal load distribution and automatic alignment of workpieces with varying diameters. Each set is built on a robust steel frame with polyurethane or steel rollers, guaranteeing durability, vibration reduction, and protection of the work surface.

M-LA’s engineering approach prioritizes modularity and automation readiness — enabling seamless integration with column & boom manipulators, robotic welding systems, and synchronized control panels. The result is enhanced productivity, operator safety, and weld consistency across every rotation.

Conventional rollers are used in the welding and assembly of cylindrical parts, especially in the wind turbine and pressure vessel manufacturing sectors. CR seriesconventional rollers, which are designed to withstand heavy working conditions, are produced to turn workpieces weighing from 5 tons to 120 tons.
